If you can't afford implants and or genio fillers are a good temporary alternative.

Fillers are instant gratification, it will not age good.

Go with jaw implants instead.

what do you think is the reason you have to get new fillers every 6-12 months? Think they vanish into nothingness?

They migrate and bloat you up if you keep getting refills

thats pretty lame when you think about it
if you get a filler and dont like it you can easily dissolve it and if you keep getting new fillers and they dont vanish you can easily get them dissolved as well

2. by getting them dissolved repeatedly you‘re asking for complication and the formation of lumps.

They are a good short-term fix, but shouldn't be considered for permanent fix

if the other option is to be significantly worse looking i think it is well worth it to cope with fillers for a couple years.

Make sure to only get hyaluronic acid fillers (the easiest to dissolve) and to not go overboard.
A few ml here and there, chin, nose or undereye e.g. are fine.

don‘t fall for the the full-jawline 20+ml scam or you‘ll look like a horrendous bloated up fish once they migrate, and they will migrate
