My Jaw Surgery Planning Movements

advancement (maxilla): 4mm
advancement (mandible): 4mm
Genio: 6mm
Counter clockwise rotation: 4 degrees
I am kind of disappointed but I cant blame him because it's the need of teeth decompensation that would probably take 2 years in my case that's limiting my movements.
Still it’s a good thing to do before any implants.
Im also having fat grafting done for my under eye area in the same surgery

I will probably get a custom wraparound jaw implant later with him

Let’s see how it goes, a 4 mm djs change isn’t that much but it should still bring some additional improvement especially in the maxilla. The implants will do the final job later on.

but yea i will probably do paranasal/pyriform (just some sort of larger custom premaxillary peek implant) + jaw angle implant and my biggest wish - saddled infras but this guy doesnt do them so that's distant future.

update: negotiated 5mm and more genio so it perfectly alligns with the lip line.
6 months post op i will fly back for full implant package: jaw angle or full wraparound/ infraorbital / premaxillary implants
