I chewed it for 30 days, 30 minutes per day, but at first I experimented doing pauses, so I tried chewing for 30-60 seconds and making a pause to then start chewing again after some time, only by the second week I was able to chew it for 30 minutes non-stop.
The hypertrophy gave my face a bloated appearance after those 30 days, but, after the bloatness was gone, the end result was better than before.
