Day 1 - 29.8.2025

Journal:
Today was deffinetly a good day, when i woke up i went straight to the kitchen, picked up a banana, filled up my bottle and drinked 1L.Took a shower, finished rest of my morning routine and went to school.At school i was pretty casual, not in org though which is good. After school i went to eat a salad and went to buy a new curl cream. Afterwards i hit gym and went back to home to my hot sauna. You can never get bored of that.During the sauna i had real time to think, my mentality was already changing. I had time to think. I relaised how much i hated all the negativity, so i positivemaxxed and i view everything way more positively now. My confidence is aight, not really improved, butWe’re getting better.

This day was amazing, my grandparents came and we ate good food. I went with my friend on my boat and had tons of fun, later on the day i took a long walk and i hit on a girl and got her snap/ started to talk with her jfl.Very good day

Nothing crazy happened other than my confidence still rising, i kept connecting and talking with the girl on snap which is going pretty well i would say. She’s pretty, nice and genuienly has a personality too.But even though that wouldn’t go further, i wouldn’t mind. Since i’m just training my game and social skills. Infact i got like 4 other girls i’m starting with some game and then try to proceed to snap to connect.If lives close i’ll hook up type shit.Also i decided to buy a deal on a moncler cardigan.

Today i sold a pair of my old earpuds for 15€, got to know a couple new guys snd a generally had a decent day.

My confidence haven’t been increasing really now, just at the same stage as before. My strenght has went up too ALOT.

This day was a small setback, i didin’t sleep that goot so i fell a sleep after school, i woke up later and was tired and bored so opened ph.

Good part is that i did hit on a 2 more girls, 1 of them i played it so well that it’s ready for a hookup. Second one is probably going to turn the sameway.

So i’ll forgive myself for today, but no excuse to chill. I will keep working harder.

Today was deffinetly a good day, when i woke up i went straight to the kitchen, picked up a banana, filled up my bottle and drinked 1L.Took a shower, finished rest of my morning routine and went to school.At school i was pretty casual, not in org though which is good. After school i went to eat a salad and went to buy a new curl cream. Afterwards i hit gym and went back to home to my hot sauna. You can never get bored of that.During the sauna i had real time to think, my mentality was already changing. I had time to think. I relaised how much i hated all the negativity, so i positivemaxxed and i view everything way more positively now. My confidence is aight, not really improved, butWe’re getting better.

My brain ocassionally though about sex and pussy, but it was so little. I was so commited into being better that i coudln't spend time in that.

Today i sold a pair of my old earpuds for 15€, got to know a couple new guys snd a generally had a decent day.

My confidence haven’t been increasing really now, just at the same stage as before. My strenght has went up too ALOT.

This day was a small setback, i didin’t sleep that goot so i fell a sleep after school, i woke up later and was tired and bored so opened ph.

Good part is that i did hit on a 2 more girls, 1 of them i played it so well that it’s ready for a hookup. Second one is probably going to turn the sameway.

So i’ll forgive myself for today, but no excuse to chill. I will keep working harder.
