Day 1

Ate only a protein shake. Went to the gym lifted weights and did cardio. Bought multivitamin pills.

Starting weight 85.5kg
Height 182cm

I have no time. Have a photoshooting in 2 weeks. I already lost 500g during the first day

0,5 kg in a week is normal weight loss with a deficit
Im degenerate tho, drinking beer etc so I would loose bloat + water weight if living normal for like 2 weeks could be temporary 3,5kg but not 5... If you don't FAST for like 2 days a week + be on deficit it's not going to work good luck tho I would like to shred 5kg aswell it is night and day difference (im 187 ~83kg ) now so lil bit better than you
 
good weight for me would be 78kg, for you idk maybe 73-4

Im one of ancient one's here - 34. I thought you're not "gymmaxed", so yeah BMI don't apply here :) Consider fasting like true 24h on water/yerbamate/coffee see how it goes, then maybe low-carb borderline keto works best when I'm trying to shed fat

Ok, so I'll follow you - refreshing in the sea of retarded zoomers :)
I will advise not shakes because it's not that (FLUID) satiating... This is a researched topic that fluid based meal pass gastrointestinal tract too fast to 'feel' satiated and shit. So if you'll become too hungry try doing the same calories but in chicken breast form or something real

Gonna drink protein shake again and swallow some Vitamine pills. Also gonna do some cardio.

I've started with a 3 day water fast while still going gym since you won't lose muscle in 3 day fast, you'll improve insulin sensitivity, clear gut etc. I'll do another at the end of the month. You'll shed 1kg pure fat each time. After 3 day water fast, I will just do OMAD with meats and eggs.

By the sounds of it you are doing a Protein Sparing Modified Fast?

Also make sure to get all your protein in, not just one or 2 protein shakes. The protein won't be used for energy, since protein is the building block, and it would need to undergo processes to be turned to glucose. It also has a very high thermic effect. So say 400 calories of protein is actually 320 calories since 80 calories are used to digest the protein.

Yes proteins are important so you won’t lose a lot of muscles.

1kg is also a perfectly fine rate of fat loss. Up to 1.5kg a week (1500+ deficit a day) excluding water is also fine on an aggressive cut for a short period of time (4-6weeks max). I think OP can drop 3kg pure fat in 2 weeks realistically.
