this thread is based of actual research's and experiments done by me and everything you see in here is true

DISCLAIMER:THIS IS NOT FOR PEOPLE WITH BROWN OR DARKER SKIN TONES THIS IS SIMPLY A DETANING GUIDE. FOR EXAMPLE IF YOUR NATURAL SKIN COLOR (YOUR FEET BELLY AND ARM) IS LIGHTER THAN YOUR FACE YOU COULD ACHIEVE THAT SKIN TONE.
AGAIN THIS IS NOT FOR PEOPLE WITH A DARK OR BROWN SKIN TONE. THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOU CONSUMED CRAZY SUN DAMAGE WITHOUT USING PROTECTION AND YOU GOT A STUBBORN TAN.

Hydroquinone 4%: this product blocks melanin production it DOES not reverse it it simply blocks it and thats why you cant get a lighter skin color if your actual skin color is dark. This is our main product it inhibits melanin production and its really powerful.

use it everynight DO NOT use it in days only nights. after 4 months of use were gonna take break from it

Vitamin C: Brightens the skin and fights with sun damage this product is necessary because without this youll look like a dead person vitamin c is needed it gives your skin hue and saturation in a way that dosent make it look tan its needed with hydroquinone otherwise your skin will look dead and pale.

Kojic acid: Absolute cope dont buy this stupid product makes your skin irritated it didnt work for me at least

Niacinamide: This one is a safer alternative of hydro it fades dark spots and it makes your skin texture better required to use with hydroquinone.

Tretinoin:This product is a retinoid it speeds up cell turnover by A LOT i accidently applied a bit too much and all my skin peeled of when i woke up. use a pea amount for the whole face at first DO NOT mix with hydroquinone it can irritate your skin use at alternate nights for a week and give it a try after that

Sunscrean: this is the most important one on the list if you dont use sunscreen everyday outside you will not see any results or you can even go more dark because hydro and those products makes your skin more sensitive to sun. Reapply every 2 hours if you're outside NO EXCUSE.

Recommended brand: la Roche Posey
(but you can get a cheaper one if you cant afford it)

HOW TO USE/ROUTINE

■ Morning.

apply vitamin c wait for 5 minutes for the product to absorb.
apply niacinamide wait for 5 minutes for the product to absorb.
apply moisturizer if needed
apply sunscreen 50spf++++

■ Night.
apply hydro ONLY ONE TIME for the first week and then 2 times the second 4 times the 3rd week.
use a little amount of it if you over do it you're gonna fuck up your skin and be careful when applying under eyes my under eyes
turned purple when i applied too much
WAIT 20 MINUTES
apply tretinoin (alternate nights for the first week) only a little just a pea sized amount for the WHOLE face DO NOT apply more than that i did it and my skin was fucked up for 1 week if you apply more than that it triggers melanin production
WAIT 20 TO 30 MINUTES
MUST apply moisturizer

ATTENTION:STOP USING HYDRO AFTER 4 TO 5 MONTHS BECAUSE IT CAN ACTUALLY CUASE SOME REALLY UNTREATBLE DAMAGE TO YOUR SKIN.

THIS IS THE FASTET/MOST EFFECTIVE WAY OF SKIN LIGHTENING

I didn't understand that either
Simple way to get a tan: some carotenoids, and sun exposure (enough for vitamin D) :feelshehe:
If u dont like it just stop sunbathing lol

Maybe it’s because you didn’t take carotenoids while tanning?

Could I use this on the rest of my body?? Like
I sunbathe, but with a shirt on. If I want my whole body to have the same tone, could I wear this?
Like, I do this for a few days and then I go back to sunbathing. Its really weird that ur arm is tanned and ur belly is "pale"

yes even in doors if close to windows or just put newpaper on your rooms window

if you protect it well nothing will happen

if your natural skin color is dark yes it will come back

tretionion dosent directly cause melanin production but irritations can trigger it

yes theyre all real expect some in india

if your natural skin color is dark yes it will come back it will still come back even if u are heavily protected in the sun?

tretionion dosent directly cause melanin production but irritations can trigger it can u feel that "irritation"?

What do you think about MSM and other types of oral supplements to lighten the skin?

My natural skin tone is olive which looks ok but I looked really nice 1 year ago when I didn’t go out all summer and in the winter I was more pale than ever.

I’m not going to use hydroquinone, I’m trying the kojic acid soap even tho you said is cope and usually I use VitC and spf 50.

Will add niacinamide soon.

Bro you said to use it only if my arms are lighter than my face, which they’re not, so what would you do?

putting vitamin c serum on my face makes it tan/orange looking for some reason

too topical nigga, excessive skin damage, use supplements and vitamina C injections instead of some stupid serum. I inject 500 to 1000mg per week. This guy seens to be targeted by a entry level looksmaxxer, glutathione supplement works if taking with supporting minerals, msm, nac, vitamin c injection, glutathione injection or pill

with all respect are you blind? those are for skin lightening and bleaching not removing superficial tan the supliments target deep dermal pigments but hydro targets epidermal pigment which is a sunburn or a severe tan. the things youre saying are usually for true skin bleaching by overall not re gaining your skin color after a bad tan

this is not a skin lightening forum its a tan removal and there are no skin damage😭😭
ive been on hydro for 4 plus months literally nothing happens stop copping its either your skin cant handle it or you applied too much

I am not against hydro lmao, just need to make sure that the skin can handle it, starting slow and building up higher with emolients and stuff alike, anyway good info

I was thinking of injecting glutathione to lighten my skin, have you tried that?

sometimes irs not 100 percent
Also, correct me if im wrong, isnt the results of glutathione not permanent? Like even if ur natural tone was light, after you hop off it, wouldnt it reverse the effects?
