Starting from today, I will document all steps in my looksmaxing routine daily and will follow up with photos atleast weekly. Thia thread is softmaxx only since I am not financially ready to do much else.

Here is what will happen

1:
I am already doing akin care (obviously), but it isn't working for me that well, so i will experiment with a simpler 3 step routine.

2: Chewing is on the list aswell, I have falime gum, but might start using jaw trainers just to try.

3: Volufiline will be used to hopefully achive a better under eye area

4: castor and rosmary oil will be used on my brows together with derma stampers(rollera irritate the skin too much)

5: I will experiment with melatonan II but will drop it as soon as I find negative effects, I have a mole on my left cheek wich could grow so I will try and avoid that, also I don't know if the coloring fits my pheno.

6: While I have posted gym updates before, I will give a daily update on my gym progress. I wanna bulk up to 105kg, wich sounds like i wanna get an ogre build, but i am 6.6ft and still skinny at 95kg,coming from below 75kg.
YES I KNOW I AM BLOATED, THE CUT STARTS AS SOON AS I REACH 105KG YOU FAGGOTS.

Day 1

Suffering from a massive cold today, f my life man.

Calories ate 4.5k
Proteein eaten:190g

Diet:
Bread 6 slice, honey 2 tbs, 2 tbs butter, avocado 1, Milk 30 floral ounces, oats 2 cup,potato 14, raw cheese 300g, lean beef 200g,1 banana, three tbs omega 3 oil, two tbs olive oil, 2 apple, ultra dark chocolate 2 piece, 100% orange juice 1 cup, 1 pear.

Cardio: didn't do it, am sick
Gym: didn't go, I am sick
MMA: no class today today

Skin care: clensed and moisturized, no sunscreen since i didn't go outside

Guasha done, 15 Minutes.

Chewes 1 hour with falim

Trained my neck 15 Minutes

I don't care, I do this mainly to keep track of things for myself. If otgrrd want to acces this in the future when I have build a bigger diary and looks maxxing log, they can.

Still sick, getting better though. Didn't track my eating though and ate waayyyy too little the days i was sick. Fuck this, progress was so good 😢. Now i can catch up a month again. Supplementing copious amounts of zink to get better and back to a normal routine

Today is my first day fully back at it. Had an mma camp over the weekend and met truly interesting people, especially a coach who is deeply in to biohacking who gave a seminar on how daylight, meal timing and temperature influences hormons and how we can use that. Will defenetly try that out.

Been sleeping on the left side now for around 2 weeks wich has helped me make my face more symmetrical, i actually see progress.

New gua sha set will be tested over the next weeks.

Mma class and Gym today.

Today is the first day I am fully back at it again after being sick and having a fighting camp over the week end where I met some truly interesting people. Especially a guy who gave seminars on biohacking and using the natural light cycle, temperature and meal timing to improve your hormones.
Will try.

New gua sha set arrived,used it

Sleeping on my left sides for 2 weeks now has shown great results, used to sleep on my right and my face was drooping alot. More symmetry now.

Used castor oil on my brows and derma stamped.

Volifiline on my brow ridge, undereye area and cheekbones.

Chewed falim for 2 hours, 2 gums a side but ordered a jaw trainer.

Hit chest and back and went to the fighting gym afted.

Ate 5kc and 215g of Proteein (bulk) but too much sodium and a bit too much suggar.

Drank 4.5 Liters of still water.

Skin care was limited to only cleanser and moisturizer today since I want to start experimenting with light exposure during sunrise wich includes looking in to the rising sun to activate my melanine production while swimming for 20 Minutes in cold water.

Ordered enclomophine to start using it for better athletic progress and maby some face masculinization
