I feel like video games is one of the most detrimental copes

Wastes a fuck ton of time, highly addictive, builds no real life skills or benefits, promotes poor posture

It is such a good cope, your life can be completely dogshit and you'll be able to get through your days without making changes / looking at and asking why stuff is happening to you because video games can make up for that. So you never end up maximising your genetic potential

At least with netflix or whatever it's less addictive and kinda NT like you can make smalltalk about it
