My kittens eye is fucked up

I have been able to save the other eye by using moxifloxacin eye drops I was prescribed when I had a metal splinter removed from my eye. I should have used it earlier on the bad eye, I was hesitant because I know these things ususaly clear up on their own.

It was a stray that just followed my brother home one day.

Feel bad for not using it earlier, I have never seen a cats eye get this fucked up. Conjuctivitis is common in kittens and clears up on its own usualy.

I asked some communities on reddit and stuff but from zooming in you can see puss it looks like an infection, maybe one of the farm animal doctors has smth for the infection?

She does not show sighns of systemic infection tbh and is playful, the eye is beyond saving and a real vet would just take it out. The other eye got better from antibiotic eye drops. I did some research too and the most I could do is put her on antibiotics as a prevetative measure against systemic infection and sepsis. I have some antibiotics she could take but they are human sized pills and diving them accurately for a 400 gram kitten without propper tools will be hard.

I live in a backwater village and the vets here dont work with cats, only livestock. I am also a brokie neet atm and cant afford to take her 50 km to the nearest vet that deals with pets. She will be fine it seems but one eye is lost sadly.
