Heroin actually isn't that bad for you. Maybe bad for your wellbeing but not your health. Probably the worst effect from it is constipation I would imagine. Obviously it can kill you, but only by stopping you from breathing if you overdose. If you don't take it to that point, there's not that much direct damage to you.
It's highly addictive with awful withdrawals but theoretically if you had reliable endless supply you could take it daily for the rest of your life and be pretty healthy.
Of course the other thing is that niggas have poor hygiene practices when injecting they self with leads to abscesses and other nasty shit, also all of it is laced with fentanyl and xylazine in 2024. I need fentanil slime!
