Im cursed with acne even though I have a clean diet, cleanse daily and moisturize, done a Lymecycline cycle, use adapalene, 0 fizzy drinks and 2-3L of water daily. I dont know what to do anymore. My parents wont let me do roaccutane as its "too harsh". Its taking a huge toll on me. I didn't come here for a rating I need some genuine advice. Do I save up money from work and just go to a derm myself?

I was the same but ur skin is fine stop being a baby, cut down on the fucking water cunt 1.5L max or you get dehydrated, also for me i stopped cleansing my face FULLY yes its not cope, trust me get rid of ALL skincare, go in the sun (no thats not just some primal bullshit it works) eat a better diet (ik you have heard it 100000 times) more raw meat, less vegies sugar etc, and i guarantee you will have clear skin (PLEASE TRY THIS IM TRYING TO HELP YOU)

once acne is gone do 20mg 2-3x a week or do 10mg 3x a week this depends on how you respond tho

First of all, for ur acne you would get prescribed 10mg isotretionin (Roaccutane, Accutane) MAYBE you won’t even get it prescribed at all if you are at a good dermatologist, you can try self dosing it but you would need to learn how to tell if your lived is overloading, keep in mind that isotretionin isn’t cheap at all, Skincare, Isotretionin (4 months min) Bloodwork, Serious dedication, Its not super harsh on you its just dry lips, maybe joint pain and skin peeling, Is it worth it? Yes as a last resort. Have you tried tretionin maybe?
