crazy protruding, they actually protrude too much on the right side of my face. on the left they almost dont protrude at all, this is very weird.

my face is legit 2x bigger and wider on the right side. it is kind of crazy but at the same time it is what it is.

Doesn’t really matter if its mild, aside from forum ratings:lul:

do bottom top regulation instead of top bottom regulation

it doesnt lineup well with my mandible on the right side of my face, dude it is so weird man. the angle between my mandible and zygomatic arch is too high on the right side of my face way too high

There’s nothing you can really do about it aside from fillers maybe

i have .46 es ratio but its almost entirely because my orbits are wide too. if i had even normal width orbits i would have kirk tier esr

it depends because it makes my fwhr look insanely high as the wider eyes makes the midface look more squished

What person would say you look like? Do you have a image of what it looks like.

literally charlie kirk when i pull my hair back
despite my very wide face my close set eyes still keep my midface around .92
the only good looking person with .41-.42 esr i can think of is chace crawford. looks like me if i wasn't subhuman

Wouldnt you have to shave your temples as well (if thats possible). or just your lateral zygomatic arch?

they don't do shaving anymore they normally reposition the bone to tuck it behind. and temple reduction isn't something that's really done to my knowledge. I'm thinking of combining cheekbone reduction with hair transplant to lower and bring the sideburns the temples inward to create a narrower face look

I dont see why a temporal reduction cant be done tbh maybe its too risky. That sounds like a good plan, but how much do you think it can reduce that overly wide sides of the face relative to the orbits effect?

it's doable, i just don't think it would be high roi, it's mostly a cheekbone issue for me. the problem with that is that it can worsen midface collapse. due to my zygos being overprojected relative to maxilla i already have bottom 1% under eyes and nasofolds, the whole package basically. I'm doing fat transfer for that

by a lot, i think it can be very effective when done right combined with temple and sideburn transplant

Why dont you get midface implants instead of fat graphting?

Hopefully it goes well for you man, which surgeon do you plan on doing it with

the cost, risks and recovery time. since it's your own tissue i also like the idea of it better especially at a young age, from what i read and was told they can be pretty precise with fat transfer to address things like pyriform deficiency. i just have to be ready for potential revisions

thanks. just local clinics here in kyiv

do you plan on just wageslaving until you have enough funds to do all these procedures before you start to actually live your life?

i already have enough. fat transfer with bfr would only be €1400
then corner lip lift, genio, zygo reduction and hair transplant
i don't know when I'll start living, right now I'm giving it my all
