Note: I am also getting a cheekbone (malar) implant. this plan does not show it but i am doing it alongside my lefort 1. I am also getting buccal fat and fat grafting as well.

mirin hard, what was the medical coverage reason for your lefort or are you actually paying insane amount of money for pure cosmetic reason? I have done some research and I get nasal constipation often which could be the recessed disgusting bones. I will have a consultation to get scans this month but I am not sure about what else to larp about for this surgery. gl
