My left ear is bugging me tf out

My left ear is blocked so i cant hear too well
And i cant even put a q tip in there or nothing bc my doctor who did my ear surgery said so
This blockage has been going on for a month jfl
What did i do to diserve this
I can barely hear from my left ear man
I dont want to have another surgery on this shit
