i was training i put volume master on 600% max volume and headset on max volume blasting dr peacock illusion of time

now my left ear is thumping

apparently its Pulsatile tinnitus
waiting for it to go away but i guess i gotta chill with the music

i think ive had this before tho.. just not as bad holy fuck its so annoying it just keeps thumping i wanna poke my ear drum out

and now i went to pin my ghk

and i missed the vial and the needle bent so i was closing the syringe with the cap but its bent and went through the plastic and stabbed my thumb
