yea i have sm similar, my right eye hangs a bit lower than my left which looks so bad. i only see it when i take a pic with back camera for some reason lol

Most eyes are asymmetrical. All faces are asymmetrical and eyes are where it manifests most often. No point obsessing over it unless one is legit deformed.
