Different lighting but your side profile is the same regardless. Asymmetries happen as well though.

You are correct about those two, I raised your hyoid and fixed your nose, I also actually ever so slightly gave you more forward growth.
(Rhinoplasty, Necklift / hyoid suspension surgery, maybe bimax?)
