Ugly - maybe. Not much you could do there if you are. Get a haircut or grow it out, get your surgeries, get a personality idk
Dumb - learn shit
Fat - work out
School - doesn't matter school is fucked these days and you always got cheaper community colleges if you just want a degree
Unathletic - well do you want to be? If so you'll have to work out first
Parents hate you - probably not as bad as you say. Be less hateable
Younger than you are succeeding - Yeah
