I was all set to leanmax in 2023 march and took every fucking thermogenic and stimulant out there to lose the fat

and it was working I finally got to 20 percent bf but like jack la motta to get title shot (12 percent bf) I had to steal money from my parents ( dependant on bums)
Then I said no more of this and started gym but started to beat my parents

and they put me in a ward ( like prison cell).

Now I lost all my will and pride when I come out of ward doped up on SSRIs and schizomeds which has made me borderline obese and emerged an old 22 yo loser ( still better than Inferiorpispot tho) whose youth is behind him. Looksmaxing is no more an option for me I’m retiring like Lamotta and eating as much as I want ill become like @defezman avi before august mark my words

I could’ve been somebody than a putputdingding w a pot belly but my body refuses to lose fat and by the time I do I’ll be old and irreparable.

I’ll just work in the warehouse and try to be a normal guy or if that fails I will kill everyone in tnagar highways.

Why'd u spam stims for the fat loss? I've never seen anyone keep the fat off successfully when they lost it by spiking cortisol, always rebound weight gain.

Try something that tanks cortisol? I began losing my ass and belly fat when I started taking 3.75mg mirtazapine for sleep

It’s all about spiking it enough so that In the daytime you’re burning through the fat but as night approaches you want cortisol to go down and glucose oxidation to take over. Spiking it too high in the morning w something like meth isn’t advisable ofc. I tried doing it without stims it’s too slow and unfeasable for me atleast
