My life just turned 180º

Got diagnosed with crohns disease, im balding hard, dandruff everywhere ( back/chest/hair/nose/beard ), changed cities, im unemployed, i feel physically ill and in pain all the time, i can barely sleep even while using sleeping pills
I honestly feel so fucking miserable theres not a single hour in my life i dont think about burning myself alive
