Bro I don't know what to do anymore man. I'm really trying to live up to this standard but when you put a 7/10 side profile one a low mid tier looking dude it really brings me down

eye area is perfect. The only issue is you have mild acne and a narrow jaw. Best advice I could give is mewing and thumbpulling which probably dont work. However, an assured way you could widen the jaw is by chewing hard gum. I recommend mastic gum. Also, u could take a step further and lower ur bf% to 10 to get hollow cheeks as well. For your skin, invest in a skincare routine that works for ur skin type. cera ve and cetaphil are the best brands

use your premolars and molars is the proper way. However, I saw a tiktok that using your premolars only will provide proper jaw rotation. Btw, I personally chew on one side and switch to the other
