Grief is a normal part of life, just like change. An advise to take seriously is to not think on false made up events and unnecesary presupositions like "What if she was with me right now?" Or "I wish she helped me with this". You need to understand that it's just a part of your mind and brain trying to trick you into feeling duel and express sadness to the exterior as a cry for help subconsciously, just like when a child cries it's purpose is to signal a cry for help towards the parents. However, in the case of the child it is obviously useful, while in yours it is not useful for your own well personal being, and what you need is to find peace within yourself and convince both your consciousness and subconsciousness that imagining false scenarios and feeling regret and sorrow is of no benefit and won't change anything.

When someone loves you, TRULY loves you and NOT JUST HIMSELF, he wants you to be good and happy. Surely if your sister was to choose whether you would spend your life in grief and sorrow remembering her constantly, or whether you spend it moving on in life while saving the real memories for the moments that are worth it and needed, she would choose the second scenario. So, do it for yourself and your sister.

If i died, i wouldn't want people crying for me and reflecting 24/7, only someone who is either weak minded or narcicisst would want so. I would want them to move on and use whatever good they learned from me, so as said, move on for yourself and your sister, don't stop into thinking on scenarios and cut yourself instantly from grief, as quick as you can always but without resorting to exterior things like drugs, food cravings, etc, rather it should come from the inside and with a few help from exterior elements used as tools rather than goals which are healthy and time-fullfilling like for example sports.
