I dont get incistor intrussion what even is that, I know I got overbite but my dentist said its not severe enough maybe you could tell me

Also your underbite influences your chin, that’s why it looks so downward grown, after intrusion it would ccw rotated so you would get all the shit you need in one orthodontist treatment, except your nostrils ofc

Simply maintaining tads above your teeth on the alveolar bone with elastics connected to the bottom of ur teeth, it would make teeth press up on the alveolar bone and due to alveolar bone structure (it’s spongy) it would remodel with time, shortened. It’s usually 2-4mm of shortening, sometimes 5mm. Think of it like maxillary impaction lite, not that much in mm as impaction but not that invasive and expensive too

I looxmaxxed actively 8 months activlely doing thumbpulling many days of the week and mewing. Then I stopped with it and just mewed also I started the gym just after I learned about looxmaxxing byt didnt fokus on it but now I was focusing. I ate protein powder and creatine and gelatin supplement at this time. I was going gym till 20th of june or smth like that then I stopped because I just started Martial arts and I started fishing.

After summer I continued fishing and doing shit for the first time in my life cuz I was actually getting friends but nothing special.

Then I also ate raw meat from time to time and I also started eating raw cheese at the weekends while cutting veggies. I ate frukt byt not much junk.

Then from april or march I started eating sugary things especially now I eat ice cream and honey.

Then this summer I was on holiday and after I came back I started bonesmashing (yes im serious) and I also started zygo pushing some days and I started using nic Poutches and my bone mass sky rocketed this month aswell as a small growth spurt.

My friends tell me that they see a big difference between summer start and end, some even on org sometimes.

Now that this treads finished I will keep on experimenting with different things and start posting educational and results from different things I like to try out.

You tell your orthodontist about this shitt and he either approves it or not or telling he dk what this is, so if he telling no for any reason then u r searching for another one, if he telling yes then pay your orthodontist and he would, order, install and etc all the shitt by himself. Also idk why u repeat dentist all the time, idk where r u from and how it difference from country to country but in mine dentist won’t do anything except plumbing the whole in your teeth, even extraction requires surgeon and healing shit like underbite requires orthodontist

He is from sweden, probably just his normal hairline, i saw a lot of ppl who looks like they are balding with norwood 2 or some but it’s just a hairline, i’m linking it to downward growth as forehead becoming longer and recessed too, but overall very common shit in some European countries

It’s not the end of the world, just watch for some online. When i was your age there were nobody to tell about this shit and my dentists were cucks so were telling everything is fine and ppl here were saying just about downward growth when it’s clearly not the same case cause everything above the philtrum is fine, not recessed and not elongated, same as your case so I spent ton of time till found any info about this shit
