My lips piss me off

They are normally around 5cm in width but sometimes they just shorten to like 3cm in width, it makes me have a 1-1 lip width to nose ratio far from ideal 1-1.5 which i usually have why is this? I did some research as supposedly its beacuse of the cold weather and my jaw clenching beacuse i cant keep it relaxed from the cold is this true? My face looks so goffy especially my mouth makes me consider getting a rhinoplasty even though my nose isn't even big

true man i hate mine, the shape and length are so bad. i think there may be limited ways to help this without surgeries like lip fillers, but heres what i find helps:

- lip brushing with water
- plumping up your lips
- vaseline

but these wont really change the length they will just enhance your appearance. so surgeries include lip fillers / implants.

i heard of using volufline to thicken them, so i may look into this. and for nose, leanmaxxing, hydrocortisone or other anti-inflammatory creams, and perhaps accutane i heard can all help with this. but sometimes the bone in your nose is just fucked and if thats the case then rhinos probably the only way
