Get him to wear braces, they aren't bad if growth hasn't finished yet because they guide proper growth.
Then, after his teeth are straight and airways opened, teach him to only breathe through his nose and mew

Tape his mouth before he goes to sleep, he wont suffocate, it'll force him to breathe through his nose

Also tell him to keep his molars in light contact, whenever he isn't talking or eating(when his mouth is at rest).

Make sure he keeps good body posture and a slight chin tuck at all times


If he truly can't breathe through his nose than he could have a serious problem with his airways, this will truly cuck his development, visit an orthodontist or maxillofacial surgeon ASAP
