If they are low set enough, then a brow ridge implant will suffice. I don't recommend it though.

I use to curl my as well before I shaved my head. My regular eye lashes are downwards grown so curling them up made them look more aesthetic. No idea how much it actually mattered, but girls use to comment on my eye area even tho my eyes are probably my worst feature. So take that as you will
