breakfast:

oats with diary, 1 apple, 1 golden kiwi, almonds

lunch:

meat + vegetables

before gym:

banana

after gym:

protein shake

dinner:

meat + vegetables + sauerkraut

night:

yoghurt

supplements: vit b, vit c, opc, zinc, magnesium, vit d

i eat this everyday. the fruits mainly for collagen, the sauerkraut, apple, almonds and yoghurt for gut health/general health

anything to add?

Apples don’t have much nutrients or vitamins, switch to bananas. Almonds are also hard to digest so bad for you. Eggs, yogurt, and kiwi would be fine. That’s my recommendation l.

apples got a lot of everything tho. like vit c, b, magnesium etc


i eat a banana too but they dint rly have vit c

i read almonds are good for gut health. was that not right?

Im inspired to finally take action and diet max , i want to do carnivore but my body needs carbs or everything goes to shit i get ed , lose muscle etc , that diet was never sustainable to me but i looked the best facially
