meat + vegetables
before gym:
banana

protein shake

meat + vegetables + sauerkraut
night:
yoghurt
supplements: vit b, vit c, opc, zinc, magnesium, vit d
i eat this everyday. the fruits mainly for collagen, the sauerkraut, apple, almonds and yoghurt for gut health/general health
