Well, i can say this forum has changed my life.
HAIR
-Hair transplant;
-Hairstyle max (curtains/fringe with sea salt spray+mousse);
-Dye hair medium brown (from dirty blonde).
Ps: i have diry blonde hair with naturally very black eyebrows and brown beard. Because of that, dyeing my hair brown doesnt seems fake.
EYEBROW
- Oral minoxidil;
- Microblading (little tattoo increasing volume);
- Little shave on the outter side, just like a scar.
EYES
Ps: i have a big failo and a big halo in the eye area (white pheno with very black eye collor, but long and volumous black eyelashes)
-Ice hooding trick;
-Perma squinching.
NOSE
-Alar reduction surgery;
-Rhinomodelation with permanent wires for less bulbous nose.
MOUTH
-Scrub with toothbrush for pink color
BEARD
- Oral Minoxidil;
- Short style with square shape, shorter on the sides for visible gonial angle and longer on chin, for fake projection.
FACE
- Zygomatic arch filles (I have almost zero zygos);
- Buccal fat removal;
- Already made 1 session of kybella under chin;
- Perma mewing with slightly sucked cheeks.
BODY
- Lifting weights;
- Diet with caloric deficit (cutting trought 10-12% BF);
- Roidmax (currently onfire with Stano+Masteron+Test stack);
- Tanmax (Melanotan 02 low dosages, just before cardio in the late afternoon sun);
- Neck training;
- Gonna do coolsculpting on flank area, for V shape;
- Focus on development of lateral deltoid, for V shape.
HEIGHT
Ps: lets remember that height is relative. I am on a low average male height country (1,74m average);
- High shoes;
- Height insoles;
- Correcting posture;
- Hairstyle with some volume upwards, which adds height;
- Results: 174cm to 181 cm (5'11'), well above average in my country.
SKIN
- Sunscreen before any activity wich doesnt is my cardio in the afternoon sun (for tanning);
- Moisturizer.
SUPLEMENTS/MEDICATION:
- Multivitamin;
- Omega 3;
- Dutasteride;
- Chromium picolinate;
- Anastrozole;
- Pre workout;
- Oral minoxidil.
TATTOO:
- Sleeve tatto on the entire left arm.
STYLE:
- Wide collar black T shirt (that shows my neck and definition of upper breastplate);
- Skinny jeans (black, blue or brown);
- Minimalist V shaped neckacle and leather minimalist wrist.
STATUS/MONEY
- Federal government law enforcement job (very hard to get into);
- IG max (50k followers) with extra income;
- Angle max;
- Iphone max;
- Above average rented house, living alone (for my country standards);
- Above average car (for my country standards);
- Pic edit maxing (using Adobe lightroom);
- Social circle max (nt max), hanging out with owners of night clubs.
Just want to say thanks to you guys. I have ever used this forum with the sole puporse of self development, cutting throught negativity and pessimism. And i can say for sure that the info here is pure gold. Sorry for bad english btw.
