- Isotretinoinum 20mg everyday
- Finasteride ≈ 1,5mg everyday
- Shampoo with ketoconazole everyday
- training 3 times a week (Pull ups, Dips ,Push ups) on other days a lot of walking
- Drinking mainly water
- Moisturizing every day , Avoiding Sun

Most of it is so basic why not including breathing air and taking showers

Also 1,5mg fin is overkill

Not a bad softmaxxing list. You could add microneedling too.
Might want to reduce or eliminate fin though because it can cause ED and memory problems.

Replace Accutane with Tretinoin, add Vitamin C+E+Ferulic Acid Serum, add GHK-cu, add either Gelatin Collagen or Glycine, Derminator 2 and Joovv Red Light. Do IF and work up to OMAD, take Rapamycin, increase androgens, dopamine, and GABA and lower serotonin.

Is it fair to say that Glycine is usually the bottleneck for collagen synthesis?

If I'm getting enough Proline and Vitamin C (for hydroxyproline) in my diet, can I assume supplementing like 20g of Glycine a day would be as good for collagen synthesis as 10g Glycine + 10g Collagen Peptides?
 
I agree with isotretinoin and finasteride as I use it from skinorac and its works, not sure about the rest though
