Im 15 and mtn hoping to be atleast low htn by the time summer comes around so here’s the plan.
Skin-My acne is my biggest draw back so I’m gonna try to fix that with a clean diet, skincare and exercise.
Eyes- I’m gonna be trying out orbicularis muscle training which there’s a ton of ways to train this muscle just look it up on TikTok or something jfl. Idk if this works but it’s worth a shot and seen some good progress photos from it .
Physique- I train my body for aesthetics and performance with a mix of cardio, weights and calisthenics for an athletic body. I’m also doing boxing.
