Looksmaxing/ Lifemaxing Plan



Health




8-10 Hours sleep Per Night

Daily Exercise (Running, swimming, sprints, kickboxing, Biking)

Fasting until 12pm everyday

Sunlight

Based Diet

Grounding

W Hydration (lemon water, coconut, salt)

Daily Meditation

Breathwork

Swimming in ocean regularly

Low stress levels (low cortisol)

Chewing foods properly!!



Supplements Stack

Vitiman D 5,000 Iu

Vitiman K 180 micrograms

glucostamine

magnesium 300-600mg

calcium



Teeth

Brushing teeth 2-3 times per day (with fluoride free toothpaste and coconut oil)

flossing 1x per day.

oil pulling.



Skin

Use ONLY Raw Honey, Natural Moisturiser And Saltwater as Skincare.

shave every 1-2 days (with Phillips one blade)

Exfoliate



Body Hair

Plucking unibrow, nose hairs, other unwanted hairs on face.

trimming down ALL body hair (arms, legs, etc).

Shaving Johnson 1x per week :)



Jaw

mewing

chewing

Towel pulling

De bloating

Losing body fat



Eyes

Squinting



Physique / Frame

Already good, keep doing regular cardio.

mostly cope, i did it for 5 month and gained 0 cm. The go to for height natural aromatase inhibitors and high igf1 diet.
but try it tho, maybe not worked for me

good luck actually staying consistent with this lol
 
You don't need any of those supplements if you're eating healthy and getting regular sunlight.

They could be harmful.

But over-all it's a good starting plan.
