I will not provide any rating, but there is something off with your altered face unfortunately. You just got too many procedures and general lack of harmony was the risk you've took. If you feel ok about yourself, then cool.

In my opinion your face is just too big and it's components are not optimally configured/located/distributed. You had a great hairline, forehead was also good. You have broaden your general mouth area and shorten/REMOVED your forehead and in consequence now your face is broad, uncanny and looks bloated even that you have low body fat % in general. By the way - buccal fat removal was a big mistake unfortunately. Ok short term, but tragic long term.

Also, not sure if "prettyboying" now is a good idea for you. I would try something more mature, beacuse one thing is having altered face which seem to be a bit off and other thing is having a hairstyle which looks good on young faces when your display is more about 30+ yo. Just imagine stereopical US Army Sergeant in prettyboy hairstyle.

I admire your journey, but I think you've gone too far into masculinity, male gaze, super sharp and broad face definition, very androgenic/dimorphed image in other words and not took care of balance and harmony/aesthetics.

Also, I am not sure why you keep in secret some of the procedures. If this is a diary of your looksmax road then I would post everything or nothing.
