Me at the start of the year vs me currently. I've grown my hair out, lost some weight, and shaved my beard as well as applied chapstick.

It's not much but I think I look good enough that I won't get insulted in public anymore. (I haven't been so far.)

Do you mouth breathe? It looks like your mandible is really overdeveloped and your tongue is pressing against your bottom teeth

I did as a child up untill 16 because I lived in the middle of the country with allergies and a house full of animals I was allergic to.

I had a friend with very similar facial development as yours. It was a tongue pressing thing. It's alright bud, you look better than before, best of luck!

He didn't get any surgeries. He has a really oval face like yours. I recommend consulting with a good surgeon about your possible options. You look fine though, I don't think surgery is necessary unless your airway is obstructed or something
