I'll keep it short and simple
Eating 2350 cals at maintenance and creating a deficit by 20,000 steps a day( which is about 800 cals). Working out 4 days a week. Currently at 13% bf, planning to get to 10% in 5 weeks.
Strictly tracking every single macro and monitoring my weight every week(because if my weight is going down that means my maintenance calories will go down so I'll adjust cals according to weight and keep the number of steps taken which is 20,000 the same) My face is still quite chubby but I've almost always noticed that my face gets super lean after getting to 10%. Along with my diet and exercise I'm drinking 6L of water a day.
