I'll keep it short and simple
Eating 2350 cals at maintenance and creating a deficit by 20,000 steps a day( which is about 800 cals). Working out 4 days a week. Currently at 13% bf, planning to get to 10% in 5 weeks.
Strictly tracking every single macro and monitoring my weight every week(because if my weight is going down that means my maintenance calories will go down so I'll adjust cals according to weight and keep the number of steps taken which is 20,000 the same) My face is still quite chubby but I've almost always noticed that my face gets super lean after getting to 10%. Along with my diet and exercise I'm drinking 6L of water a day.
I'm 20 yrs old at 6"1

his tip is not ideal, have you seen toni's before rhino pic? His nose looks quite similar in that.
He doesn’t need rhino. He doesn’t need any surgery...maybe buffalo fat removal or cheek fillers and colored contact lenses but that’s it.

Just 20,000 a day, today i went a bit overboard and took 35k steps

It doesn't matter if you're a teenager or not, search for maintenance calories calculators on Google, fill up your weight, height and age and the calculator will give your maintenance cals. If you want to lose weight eat at 500cals less than maintenance, if lean bulk then 200cals above
