Because without it won't work, you have to megadose k2 and d3 for see real and huge effects, and there is no risk, if you megadose d3 alone there is a riso but along with k2 it prevent calcification so just megadose buddy

check an x-ray for your bone age first is the common advice around here, if it says your bone age is comparatively young then you should go on HGH or boost it somehow
