my lower lip is more projected than upper lip especially when i smile

My lower teeth are slightly more forward than upper teeth, same with lip, im under 18 teenager and still growing, should i go to the orthodintist? Its been rapidly getting worse since the start of summer. Is there any appliance the orthodontist can give to pull upper jaw forward instead of lower jaw backward to also improve looks at the same time ?

How can I tell if i have this for sure? My upper lip is thin and philtrum is slightly long whereas lower lip is fine, should I go to the orthodontist? Can i send you pics?

Mine does curl up slightly from the side
