my lower lip is more projected than upper lip especially when i smile

My lower teeth are slightly more forward than upper teeth, same with lip, im under 18 teenager and still growing, should i go to the orthodintist? Its been rapidly getting worse since the start of summer. Is there any appliance the orthodontist can give to pull upper jaw forward instead of lower jaw backward to also improve looks at the same time ?
