Over My Lower third has fucked Up my life

My forehead and middle third is fine, perfectly fine, I have very good eyes area and a decently wide face, but my Lower third is brutal, long philtrum, recessed chin, and Lower third is much longer than the others. Pure ropefuel, imagine having very good eyes and everything decent/good and then your Lower face fucks you Up. Any surgery recomendation?

Ive been thinking about this option better: lefort 1+slight lip lift+genioplasty(forward and reducing vertically).
My measurements: philtrum 1.8cm, chin 3.5cm , lips are full, 2cm.(All of this vertically ).
So 7cm Lower third, 6cm mid third and 6 cm forehead

It’s not so bad,
As the lower third is much easier to augment then the middle.

Get surgery, become Chad and count yourself lucky pal
