I am lowk having a allergic reaction causing my entire face to bloat, but something is rlly wrong with my lower third, is there anything I can do surgery wise?

You can, but most people with SFS have vertically short upper and lower jaws, that's why they do maxillary downgrafts

True true but you can still have a long external midface because of soft tissue genetics, you would just have poor teeth show and lower overall face height since the internal skeleton is short

Your maxilla projection looks fine tbh but depending on your bite it might need vertical movement or forward movement to get a good aligned result with the mandible bimax is almost always worth it over just one jaw imo
