Yes start off with the weakest dose and apply as little as possible and then start increasing it as your skin gets more used to it. I put on a lot by accident a week ago and my face is a tomato now but I’ve been putting tiny amounts and it hasn’t got worse so I’ve found the amount that my skin can tolerate. Just make sure you know the sensitivity of your skin and then choose the dose accordingly.
