My lower wisdom teeth are coming out all crooked, should I get them removed?

Your options are removing them and continue life or keep them and let them get infected so you have to remove them under anesthesia in the hospital.

how that looks is very subjective, if ur already well developed its unlikely you'll notice a change while others see a noticeable difference

if ur horizontally impacted u will lose even more bone than an upright wisdom tooth which is why it's imperative u should at the very least opt in for bone grafts to prevent as much bone loss as possible
