every time i breathe lately i feel this raspy feeling in my chest / actual lungs

i’ve also been getting a lot of trapped air where it feels like gas inside of my lungs

i don’t even smoke or nothing like that i’m a pretty healthy dude and take care of myself for the most part so idek
