my main flaws. fixable or over?

mouth area and lower third.
Whenever i attempt a tooth smile my whole face crunches up, and whenever i talk bottom teeth lime 3 show. My treth are barrly visible in smile and my lips arent very wide, as well as i have overbite which causes pretty bif rescession and aysemtry to jaw snd chin which looks uncanny as fuck

when i went to ortho for this (ive had braces already) they suggested tmj but breifly talked about surgery. of course tmj did jackshit but i was latping the "pain" it caused so it was a reasonable rdocmmendation.

should i go back now and if so say what? genuinely what would thr move be here... im 16 as well

would easily be htn if my lower third was atleast hmtn-lhtn

U prolly have a narrow palate, just don’t smile ngl that’s what I do until I get fme. My palate ain’t even like narrow but just unideal

yes i agree but also the short chin and ayssmetrical jaw
