How am I supposed to bulk healthily. This is an obscene amount of calories. My 6 foot 190lb friend has a maintenance of 2500 and mine is 3500 despite being 5'10 155lb and lean. After a work shift we compared calories, we worked together for 4 hours I did twice as many steps and burnt 1000 more calories than him over the shift. I've been thin my whole life, and notice my fitbit says my heart goes into fat burning zone pretty much as soon as I start walking. On days where I'm ldaring I burn 2500. Do I have something wrong with me? Is it just from being young (20) and will my metabolism slow when I age further?
