Yes with heavy exercise. Otherwise nope.
 
My calorie maintenance dropped by over 500 calories after I stopped bulking a month ago. My metabolism slowed down.

I used to have to force feed myself like crazy in order to gain weight.

Now if I have a cheat day it takes me like fucking 9 days of micro-cutting to get my weight back to where it was before. lmfao.

So if you continue to eat 1,800-2,000 calories per day, your body is going to adapt to the new normal and not burn so many calories.
