my manager confronted me

She said a coworker told staff I made "racist" comments. So i told her a customer was holding his soda by the lid and he dropped it, so i was cleaning shit for a while. I went to my "friend" and said that niggas a dumbass mexican for that. She said he reported it and it spread around the workplace. She didnt even write me up though so im good. Was already planning on quitting this shit and now I have more reason to.

How should my "friend" realistically be dealt with. We go to the same school btw
