MY MAXILLA HURTS

So i basically chew 6 pieces of falim gum everyday for 2-3 hours with my incissors for masseter hypertrophy and maybe the slightest ccw rotation
And my maxilla hurts sometimes

I've been having the same pain too. I started belt+thumbpulling, chewing on premolars and hard mewing 24/7 in hopes of ccw rotation and my maxilla hurts from the top of my teeth all the way back to a bit below the eye socket.
