My Maxillofacial surgeon said my face is symmetrical... but i dont think so.

Do maxillofacial surgeons actually mean it when they say your face is symmetrical? mine said i was but when i look in photos people take i look asymetrical and i just feel asymetrical. was he lying or is there something i am missing?

no he just said my face was symetrical.. nothing else. i was mostly getting scanned for wisdom teeth tho. but he looked at me and said "i look at your face and i uhh see that you are very symetrical."
