his mentolabial fold is a bit too deep, but that's miniscule and could still be improved with a graft.

point is this guy really took matters in his own hands and increased his smv ×100. he knew exactly what he had to change too because no surgeon is gonna give you a list of things you need to fix in your face to ascend. other people would've just given up cried on forums if they were in his shoes.

The chin is bit overdone but it's fine for camouflaging recession to normies.

His overall before/after is one of the best ever if you're able to find the full range of pics.
