i just read this text:

then after i read it i told to myself ok lets summarize what i just read without looking at what i just read
and i was just able to come up with 1-2 sentences, the rest i have forgotten, well, if i focused on it for longer, i could recall more, but im angry its not effortless recall, and guess what its all short term, in a few days i will have forgotten everything since it didnt transfer to my longterm memory. also my longterm memory is impaired it takes me too much time and effort to recall everything.
I have LEGIT Alzheimers.
